Our Celebration Worship Choir leads us in worship every Sunday morning at Mount Zion. This group is open to anyone 18 and above who loves to sing and praise the Lord in song. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights in the Choir Room from 7:00 until 8:15PM.
Mount Zion Praise Ringers
The Mount Zion Praise Ringers are our awesome handbell group. They play at selected worship services
and rehearse on Wednesday's at 6:00pm
To Gwinnett With Love
To Gwinnett With Love is our annual Christmas Dessert Theater presentation. It is an
exciting and entertaining evening of drama and music in the Christian Life Center.
Tables are hosted by our Mount Zion folks who prepare wonderful holiday desserts to
serve our guests at intermission.
Praise Band, Instruments of Praise
Our Praise Band and Instruments of Praise consist of instrumentalists that accompany our
worship on Sunday morning and evenings.They range from guitars and drums to strings, brass,
and woodwinds. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 8:15PM and Sunday mornings at
9:10AM.
Youth Choir
The Youth Choir is made up of students in the 6th – 12th grade. They rehearse on Sunday's
at 6:00 pm. They sing at selected times on Sunday evenings. They also present a musical
at the beginning of the summer break and head out on the road for a week of fun and ministry
on tour.
S.T.O.M.P.
“Special Time of Music and Praise”.
Choirs are for ages 4 yrs. – 5th grade. There are three different groups depending on age and
have a great time learning about praising and worshiping God through music.They also sing at
times during worship and present a musical in the Spring. Meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00PM.
Heritage Choir
The Heritage Choir is for our Senior Saints. We sing and fellowship at rehearsals on the
1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10:30AM. After rehearsal, all those who can, load
up on the bus and go and eat lunch together. We also minister at different retirement and
nursing homes.
Audio/Visual
The Audio Visual MinistryTeam are the folks behind the scenes during worship and special
presentations. They run the sound board, operate the cameras and lighting console, and work
with the computers that generate the graphics for our big screens.
