SPIRIT Basketball and Cheerleading: Please list each child you are paying for in the participant name(s) field. You can determine your payment amount based on the information below:
- Base registration fee for each child (required for each child): $40
- Uniform cost (required if you cannot reuse a uniform from 2008 season): $30
**If you are ordering a uniform for more than one child in your family, each child needing a uniform after the first will receive a $10 discount (i.e. the 2nd, 3rd, etc. child will receive a discount)
- Parent T-Shirts (only applies if a non-coach orders a t-shirt): $10/each
